Simon Watson

Head Coach and GM, Kansas City Scouts NAHL

Simon played his collegiate hockey with St. Lawrence University in upstate New York. Upon Graduation he would go on to play over 300 games in the Central Hockey League. Upon retiring from the Missouri Mavericks he would then transition to Assistant Coach and DIrector of Hockey Ops from 2011-2017.

For the 2018 season Simon took the reigns of the Topeka Pilots of the NAHL as the Head Coach and GM where he guided them to a record of 62-43-13 over the two seasons. The franchise has moved to Kansas City where they will play starting the 2020-21 season in the North American Hockey League.
