Phil began his coaching endevour in 2012 after a lengthy playing career. 

Previous he served as both the assistant and eventually Head Coach for the Quad City Mallards of the ECHL. Upon leaving the Mallards he jumped back to the junior ranks with the Dubuque Fighting Saints of the USHL. 

Phil Currently is an Assistant with the Waterloo Blackhawks of the USHL.
